NOBLE ACTS

Banilad, Mountain located in Mindoro in the Philippines. A tribe of 150 families of called Igorots . untouched by society and government. Where there is no electricity, limited food source,no medicine.Where death rate for babies are high. Most people there don't even have shoe for walking, barely no cloths. Children with limited education.
This is the place we have our Outreach Program. Not everyone is allowed to enter the tribe. We are blessed to have the grant to mix among the people and see how they live. We offer free education for children. This is what we do there..
Project HUG ( Unlimited Help for Preschoolers ) For 5 years now, I, together with 4 teachers of different backgrounds and nationalities, tries to teach children of Banilad to read and write. Teach Mothers how to take care of their babies..
I'm not a teacher. I'm a Public Relations Practitioner trying to make life easier for this people. It is our goal, to make education available to all children regardless of age, gender, social status and religion. We feel it s our social and moral obligation to give back to society what we are so blessed in having. It is very hard, but we do our best of what we can give, But we can not do it alone.
We call upon men and women of noble kind heart to help this people. To help kids and mothers together with their babies and families to have a better tomorrow.
What will you do to help others who needs it? What is giving up one expensive dinner in a fancy place or a cost of an expensive cloths for one day? It is the feeling of self worth. It this a feeling of happiness you have when you sleep in the night, knowing you helped somebody and not just worrying about what to wear for a party or where to go for a expensive vacation. Self worth is priceless.
We ask everyone to joint our project. Be a volunteer sponsor for this people. We ask for donation of many forms.. books, medicine, cloths, toys and cash for food.
