to be out of tesion


Sit in silence for at least for 10 minutes a day.




This generates energy for the remaining day.

walk for ten minutes a day.



This will make you alert on the day.

Read more pages of a book than yesterday.


Your mind gets boost for the day

Drink more water ( Water means only Water)


Your stomach is cleaned

Eat Break fast like a king,

Lunch like a prince

Dinner like a kid.

--- you are reducing the burden of your digestiveness.

Make some time for practicing Meditation, OR prayer or transentation

--- this will improve your concentration.

Smile while working.



-- So you can complete the work in time successfully.

Sleep for seven hours a day.


- So you can relax for the day and recouped for next day.
