good morning

Our lives in this physical world aren't always smooth sailing.
Sometimes Life can be full of struggles, trials and tribulations.
It is a learning process just like in a school. The School of Life.
It saddens me that some dear friends of mine are going through
some bad patches in their lives. Lost of a loved one. Lost of Job.

Nobody ever wanted that to happen in their lives.
But all these are part and parcel of life and we just have to face them head on.
There are days when even the most optimistic person would look to the sky and
ask, "Why Me?" We just have to keep remembering the popular phrase, "Everything
happens for a good reason". We just need to have trust. Trust in the Universe that
although life is hard and can sometimes be tormenting,
we are here in this lifetime to learn something.

Of course there will always be those pessimist who will moan in despair and complain,
"That's easier said that done." Negativity seems to permeate from every pore of their
body and they can't stop bitching about how life is so unfair etc.
They want to feel better but just don't know how to get there.

The Universe does know what we are going through and those things in life that sometimes
don't make any sense at all are the exact things we need to face in order to make us into
better people. Troubles come and go. Some are good, some are bad...but through
everything, there will always be a silver lining if we choose to see it that way.

It's never easy to get the "sour" out of our lives and look at the sweeter side of things.
We tend to hold grudges and sigh whenever something bad happens to us.
Just remember that Universe is helping us to squeeze those lemons into
our pitcher of life and together with your loved ones, family and friends,
we will be able to concoct a beverage of happiness and joy and we
should always be thankful for all that is happening in our lives,
good or bad
.

Lemons are everywhere in our lives...

so let's go make some lemonade. HA AH! :)
